What can I do with my pay card?
Get Cash - use your pay card to get cash at millions of ATMs worldwide and more than 32,000 surcharge-free
ATMs nationwide.
Check Your Balance - check your balance at ATMs, by calling Customer Service, using the automated
telephone system, or by accessing the secure employee website.
Make Purchases - make purchases with your pay card at millions of merchant locations such as grocery stores,
gas stations, convenience stores, and more!
Get "Cash Back" - when you make a purchase with your pay card, you can also receive
"cash back", which is automatically deducted from your pay card.
Get Convenience Checks - you can get convenience checks for the full amount of your pay or you can
use them to pay bills.
Transfer Money to a Secondary Card - you can transfer money to a secondary pay card that you have given to a
family member.
Transfer Money to a Checking Account - transfer money from your card to a checking of savings account. You can also create an automatic transfer every pay period.
Get Pay Alerts - get automatic alerts to your cell phone every time you get paid, so
you know when your money is available.
Do I need a bank account to get an EasyGreen Pay Card™?
No. A bank account is not required to get the EasyGreen Pay Card™. Since your pay card is linked to your
employer’s payroll funds, no bank account is necessary.
If you already have a bank account, you can easily transfer money from your EasyGreen Pay Card™ to your
checking or savings account. You can even setup automatic transfers so your pay is automatically
transferred to your bank account every pay period.
Is a credit check required?
No. There is no credit check or background check to get an EasyGreen Pay Card™.
You can get the EasyGreen Pay Card™ regardless of your credit history or even if you have no credit history.
Since the card is linked to your employer’s payroll funds, every employee automatically qualifies
to receive an EasyGreen Pay Card™.
Can the balance be overdrawn?
No. You cannot overdraw your balance at an ATM or point-of-sale terminal. If the amount of your
ATM cash withdrawal or purchase transaction is more than the balance on the card, the transaction will be
declined. A decline fee may apply to the transaction.
Your card account may be overdrawn if you do not have sufficient funds in your card account to cover maintenance or
transaction charges when due. A cancellation fee may apply if your card is suspended or closed.
How do I activate my pay card?
Before you use your EasyGreen Pay Card™ for the first time, you must activate
your pay card by selecting a Personal Identification Number (PIN). A PIN is a secret 4-digit number
that you enter to get cash at ATMs or to make purchases at stores. For security, you should
select a PIN that is easy to remember and memorize it. Do not write your PIN on your pay card or share
it with anyone else. Protect your paycard and PIN just like cash!

To activate your pay card via the internet, login to the secure employee website and select "activate
card" from the main menu
How do I check my balance?
You can check the balance on your EasyGreen Pay Card™ 24 hours a day, seven days a week by ATM, telephone,
or the internet:
1. Visit an ATM and select the "balance inquiry" option
2. Call Customer Service at 866.595.3098 (toll-free)
3. Use the automated telephone system at 866.595.3098 (toll-free)
4. View your account information on the secure employee website
How do I get cash?
With your EasyGreen Pay Card™, you can get cash at an ATM or you can get "cash back"
when you swipe your pay card to make a purchase. You can also get a Convenience Check to get
cash or pay bills.

Can I make purchases with my pay `card?
Yes. To make a purchase, simply swipe your pay card at the merchant terminal or gas pump and then enter your
Personal Identification Number (PIN). The amount of your purchase is automatically deducted from your pay card balance
in real-time.

How do I transfer money?
You can quickly and easily send money from your pay card to a secondary card. You
can also transfer money from your pay card to a checking or savings account at any bank in the U.S.
Card-to-Card Transfers - You can make card-to-card transfers by selecting "transfer funds" from the secure EasyGreen Pay Card™
website, by using the automated telephone system, or by calling Customer Service at 866.595.3098 (toll-free) any
time 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Card-to-Bank Transfers - You can also transfer money from your pay card to a checking or savings account at any federally insured
bank in the United States. To make card-to-bank transfers, select the "transfer funds" option
from the secure EasyGreen Pay Card™ website and follow the directions for "Add Bank Account".
How do I pay bills?
You can pay bills online or you can get a Convenience Check to pay bills, provided you have sufficient funds to cover
the amount of the bill.
You can use the EasyGreen Pay Card™ to pay bills online using auto-pay services offered by many
auto insurance, cable, utility, and other companies. After you sign-up, the amount of the bill is
automatically deducted from your EasyGreen Pay Card™ each month. Use your card number
as the checking account number and the EasyGreen Pay Card™ routing number.
To pay bills with a Convenience Check, call Customer Service at 866-595-3098 (toll-free) at any
time 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please have your bill in front of you when you call us so
that we can process your request quickly. You will be asked who is to be paid, where the payment will
be sent, and the amount of the payment. You can choose to have the Convenience Check mailed to your home
address or we can send the Convenience Check for you.
What if my pay card is lost or stolen?
PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 866.595.3098 (TOLL-FREE)
Once you have reported the loss or theft, the card number will be cancelled and you will not be able
to use that pay card again. A new pay card will be issued to you to replace the lost or stolen pay card.
You will have no risk of loss after you call us to report a lost or stolen paycard. The value of any
purchase or cash withdrawal made with your pay card before you report the lost or stolen card to
Customer Service cannot be refunded, however.
Can I give a family member a pay card?
Yes. Just call Customer Service at 866.595.3098 (toll-free) to request one or more additional EasyGreen Pay Cards™
for family members.
You can transfer money to family members by accessing the secure EasyGreen Pay Card™ website, by using
the automated telephone system, or by call Customer Service at 866.595.3098 (toll-free).
The EasyGreen Pay Card™ can only be issued and sent to individuals with an address in the United States,
but you can obtain additional pay cards in the U.S. and share them with family members outside the U.S.
