EasyGreen Pay Card™ Safety Tips
The EasyGreen Pay Card™ provides quick, convenient access to your money. By following these important
safety tips, you can safely and securely use your EasyGreen Pay Card™ at millions of ATMs and point-of-sale
locations whenever you need cash. Treat your EasyGreen Pay Card™ and PIN just like cash. Do
not share your PIN with anyone!
Memorize your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Do not write your PIN on your
EasyGreen Pay Card™ or leave your PIN in your wallet or purse.
For your protection, never give or tell your PIN to anyone. This includes your friends,
someone assisting you with a transaction, a store clerk, bank employee or Customer Service.
If you suspect or know someone has obtained your PIN, call us immediately at 1-866-595-3098
(toll-free) or go to the secure website to change your PIN immediately.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your card, report it to us immediately at 1-866-595-3098
(toll-free).
When you use your EasyGreen Pay Card™ at an ATM or point-of-sale terminal, stand between
the ATM or POS terminal and the people waiting in line. Always shield the keypad so no one can see you
enter your PIN.
When using an ATM at an outside location after dark, make certain the area is safe and well lit or
consider bringing someone with you or choose an indoor ATM in a safe location.
Have your card ready to use and do not reach into your wallet or purse while standing in front
of the ATM or point-of-sale terminal.
If you notice anything suspicious in the area, cancel your transaction, take your EasyGreen Pay Card™
and leave the area immediately.
If the ATM or POS terminal appears to have a camera installed over the PIN pad or the PIN pad
appears to have been tampered with, do not use the ATM or POS terminal. Go to another ATM or POS terminal
to perform your transaction.
When you receive your cash, safely put your cash, receipt, and card away before leaving the area.
Always take your receipt with you. It may contain valuable account information. Keep
your transaction receipt -- it is your record of your transaction.
Never give information about your card account to strangers. This includes inquiries over the
phone, at a retail store location, or at your door.
Don’t fall for “con” games. Don’t withdraw cash for anyone, don’t
give your account information to anyone, don’t give your PIN to anyone, and report anything you feel is
suspicious to us at 1-866-595-3098 (toll-free) or to your local police department.
