Convenience Checks can be used by cardholders to obtain the full amount of their pay, to pay bills, or to obtain cash.  Employees can request a Convenience Check by calling Customer Service 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Employee calls Customer Service at 866-595-3098 (toll-free)

Customer service obtains who is to be paid, where the payment is to be sent, and the amount of the payment

Employee can choose to have a check mailed to their home address or we mail the check for them
