Do you provide customer service?
Yes. Dedicated "live" Customer Service Professionals are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
at 866.595.3098 (toll-free) to assist employees with both routine and complex transactions. Customer
Service Professionals are available to assist employees in either English or Spanish.
In addition, our Customer Service Center supports a state-of-the-art automated telephone system
that enables employees to automatically activate their card, check balance and transaction history,
and transfer funds. A Customer Service Professional is always available by pressing "0".
The Email Customer Service option offers employees a quick and easy way to get answers through the
internet. In most cases, employees who have submitted a question receive a response to
their question in less than one hour.
