Is pay-to-the-penny available?
Yes. Employees can obtain the full amount of their pay, if desired, by requesting a Convenience Check
or by selecting "cash back" at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
Convenience Check

Request a Convenience Check by calling Customer Service at 866.595.3098 at any time 24 hours a day,
seven days a week

Convenience Checks are mailed the same business day to the cardholder or to the payee
"Cash Back" at the Point-of-Sale

Request "cash back" at the point-of-sale when making a purchase

Cardholder selects "Other" when prompted for "cash back" and enters the
exact amount in dollars and cents.
