How do I know employees were paid?
We send you an email confirmation automatically every pay period with an attached Excel spreadsheet that
contains all payees and amounts for your records.
You can also generate a funds/loads report in real-time through the secure Payroll Administrator website. To generate the funds/loads
report, you select a start and end date, the type of transaction (e.g., loads), and a specific company location or
’all’ company locations. The report is generated in real-time and displayed online. The report
can be printed or download to an Excel spreadsheet, .csv, or .txt file.
