How do I fund employee cards?
The EasyGreen Pay Card™ utilizes stored-value accounts created and maintained on our proprietary, secure, and
web-enabled card management system. Each pay period, your company transmits payroll funds to the EasyGreen Pay Card™
trust account at Palm Desert National Bank, where funds are automatically distributed to cardholders via ACH direct deposit
or a reserve pool of funds maintained online for your company. The reserve pool of funds can be used to
electronically distribute wages and other benefits to cardholders individually or as a group in an online,
real-time environment.
ACH Direct Deposit |
You simply add the 16-digit card number and routing/transit number of the EasyGreen Pay Card™
to your existing ACH file. Employees with cards receive their pay automatically each pay period - just like
ACH direct deposit - without any paper checks or manual intervention. This option is the preferred choice for many companies due to the ease of implementation and minimal changes
required to get started. |
Batch Upload |
You can upload a text, .csv, or Excel file through our secure Payroll
Administrator website. You can select when to load your batch file -- now or at a future date and time.
This option can save you money by eliminating the cost of ACH origination, processing, and per-item item fees charged
by your bank or payroll processor. |
ACH Credit |
An ACH credit is sent to your reserve pool of funds from which to pay cardholders. You
can load employee cards individually or as a group in real-time. |
Wire Transfer |
This option enables you to send a wire transfer to immediately credit your reserve pool of funds.
Payroll funds can be distributed to cards individually or as a group in real-time. This option is ideal for companies that
need same-day payroll distribution.

ACH debit |
A pre-authorized ACH debit is originated by EP&T to retrieve a specific
dollar amount from your bank account according to your specific instructions. This option is ideal for companies
that do not have ACH direct deposit. |
