Mr. Graham is President and Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Payment & Transfer Corp based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.  Mr. Graham is a former Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he specialized in retail banking, ecommerce, I/T strategy.   Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Graham was responsible for strategic planning for the Card Services Group at First Data Corporation, the world’s largest third-party payment processor.  Before joining First Data, he held senior management positions at Fleet Bank, Bank of Boston, and Barnett Banks.

Mr. Graham is a former member of the Board of Directors of NYCE Corporation, one of the largest EFT networks in the U.S.  He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Interlink, Visa’s online debit card network and he is a former member of Visa’s Deposit Products Executive Council.

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and he attended graduate school at Boston College.
